Returns policy

At Vitamin Sea Moss, we are committed to providing products that meet your expectations. If you wish to
return a product, it must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition to qualify for a full refund. All
return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Each product is designed to have noticeable effects when taken consistently. If you do not experience any
results within a month, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund.

Please note that taste preferences are subjective and are therefore not eligible for refunds under this
policy.

How long does the delivery take?

Our shipping times are usually 3-7 business days, which consist of two sections as follows:

1) Processing time: 1-2 working days processing time (order confirmation, adjustments, quality inspection,
packaging)

2) Delivery time: 2-5 days delivery time (this is affected by the delivery location, the time includes the
period from our international mail order company to your door)
